3. Use of a false or misleading screen name is prohibited, i.e., a name which falsely or improperly states or implies that comments posted under that name are attributable to another existing person or organization.

4. Ad hominem comments, i.e., those impugning the character or affiliation of another commentator, rather than addressing the topic of the related article, are subject to these editorial sanctions. Off-topic postings will be placed in the same category. If you know of something off-topic which may nonetheless be of interest to commentators and viewers, "Contact the editor" (also linked on the left) is the best option.

Comments posted on GMObelus are made by third parties, and, depending on software settings effective at the time, may or may not be within the ability of GMObelus to prevent from being seen by innocent visitors. In either situation, GMObelus disclaims any liability for wrongful or inappropriate content.
